Mission

The mission of The Campbell Foundation is to enhance quality of life through the science of orthopaedic medicine worldwide. Since 1946, The Campbell Foundation has been committed to advancing surgeon education, orthopaedic research, and community healthcare.

Goals

  • To educate the world’s finest orthopaedic surgeons committed to unsurpassed patient care through our distinguished residency and fellowship programs.
  • To educate the orthopaedic profession on the most current techniques and thinking as the leading provider of scholarly publications.
  • To engage in pioneering research into the causes, cures, and treatments of major musculoskeletal diseases and disorders.
  • To improve the community’s orthopaedic health through our outreach programs at The MED and Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center, and other facilities regardless of patients’ financial circumstances.
