Frank B. Kelly, Jr., M.D.

Dr. Frank Kelly earned his medical degree from The Medical College of Georgia. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at University of Tennessee – Campbell Clinic in 1978. Dr. Kelly currently practices at Forsyth Street Orthopaedic in Macon, Georgia, and was the recipient of the 2006 Georgia Orthopaedic Society’s Distinguished Service Award.
